Our mission is to interpret the DNA of the Prestige brands we represent in order to deliver successful results in line with the brand integrity and covers all aspects of the marketing mix from strategic sales planning, staffing, pricing, and retailer interface.
Our History
From the age of 14, Caroline South had fixed her heart on a career in Beauty and took every opportunity to hone her skills to achieve her goals.
Following a career as a make-up artist, national sales manager with Clarins, and a P&C buyer with Allders International the only natural progression was to start her own business.
Working from home and armed with an Amstrad computer, a fax machine, and a garden table for a desk, Caroline South launched her company and represented her first brand, Escada Beaute in 1991 during a time of political and economic uncertainty and testing times for the travel retail industry.

CSA makes donations to a number of local, national, and international charities, which have recently included; Breast Cancer Research, World Vision, St.Georges Neo Natal Unit, Woking Shelter, Bobby Moore Fund, Leukaemia Care, Macmillan Cancer Support, Alzheimer’s Research UK and Battersea. CSA also undertakes education and school programs for local students, and offers Internships and graduate training opportunities.
