Founded in 1991, CSA is a privately owned brand management company specialising in prestige beauty and fragrance within UK travel retail.
For more than three decades, we’ve built long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and shared success.
Our strong presence across the UK travel retail space, including Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Manchester and Edinburgh, allows us to deliver seamless brand performance at every stage — from market entry to sustained growth.

Our History
From the age of 14, Caroline South had fixed her heart on a career in Beauty and took every opportunity to hone her skills to achieve her goals.
Following a career as a make-up artist, national sales manager with Clarins, and a P&C buyer with Allders International the only natural progression was to start her own business.
Working from home and armed with an Amstrad computer, a fax machine, and a garden table for a desk, Caroline South launched her company and represented her first brand, Escada Beaute in 1991 during a time of political and economic uncertainty and testing times for the travel retail industry.
Our FUTURE
Today, CSA continues under the leadership of Tom South, building on over three decades of partnership, integrity, and performance in UK travel retail.
With a focus on evolving market dynamics and strengthening brand relationships, Tom and the team are shaping the next chapter of CSA — proudly independent, selective in partnerships, and dedicated to long-term brand growth.
